ABSTRACT

In this session the major trends and technologies that shape
the current European IT industry world will be showcased. Among
them Cloud Computing, Big Data, Mobile Computing, SaaS and Modern
User Experience Design will be addressed. The goal of the discussion
is twofold: on one hand to articulate the reasons behind the
changes and on the other to connect them with real world examples
based on Yonder's experience as a leading innovation IT player.

In his role as CTO, Mihai is defining and driving Yonder's ambition
of being a true innovator, leading the organization's vision
and expertise on the applicability of new and upcoming technologies.
Mihai is working for Yonder since 2006 where he started his career
as a Software Developer, later on taking the route of Project
Management where he dedicated his time leading large transformation
projects.Mihai's passion for technology materialized in achievements
such as representing Romania at the Imagine Cup Worldwide Finals
in Seoul, South Korea, co-founding a technology startup, leading
technical communities, speaking at numerous technology-related
events and more recently being rewarded by Microsoft with the
Most Valuable Professional award in Windows Azure.

After he built his first web site 15 years ago he became so addicted
to the Web and Internet that almost all his projects since then
had some kind of relationship to this two outstanding environments.
In present his working at TSS Yonder on implementing as many
of the new and healthy developments in this fields to web and
mobile web applications.
