Travelling Information

If you want to reach Iasi from Bucharest, you can chose one from the following travelling alternatives:


Follow the links for timetables of the services operating on the Bucharest-Iasi and Iasi-Bucharest routes.
Please chose convenient arriving and departure dates, since there are flight services that do not operate on a daily basis.

Note. Please avoid taking a taxi from the Otopeni Airport to Bucharest. To go from the Otopeni Airport to Bucharest there is a bus (nr. 783) leaving from/to the airport every 20 minutes (during the week) and every hour (on Sundays and holidays). The cost of a return ticket is 10.000 lei. By bus, the travel from Otopeni Airport to Bucharest takes about 45 minutes.
To go to the Bucharest's Northern Railway station, you take the bus no. 783 to Piata Victoriei (Victoria's Place) station and then take the subway to Bucharest's Northern Railway (Gara de Nord)- one station.
To go to Baneasa Airport from Otopeni, you take the same bus (783) and Baneasa is the second or the third station.
